                          FRAUD ALERT

A fraudulent text message claiming to be sent by an Ohio credit union was recently sent to cell phone subscribers .  The phishing message advised subscribers their services had been suspended and that they must call a non-local number for reactivation.  When the non-local number is called, the caller is prompted to enter their 16-digit card number.  DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE.  Please be advised that STE does not request personal or account information through text messaging or e-mail.  If you have responded to the fraudulent message or need further assistance, contact us immediately at 614-466-4988 or 800-434-7300.
